Grievance Redressal
Hansraj College has a grievance redressal committee. This committee acts on general grievances related to day to day academic matters of the college including admissions. The grievance redressal committee has a dedicated email which is grievance@hrc.du.ac.in to receive grievance issues. The list of members is available on the website under the list of members of the staff council committee section. During the admission time, the cell coordinates with the admission committee to resolve admission related issues and queries of the students and during the course of the academic year, the committee acts as per the requirements and holds meetings if required to deliberate on a matter or query which is raised.
